In addition, ESP carries a broad range of replacement parts for heavy duty diesel engines such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Detroit Diesel & Cummins. ESP is an authorised dealer of Berco undercarriage parts since 1987. The company serves the aftermarket parts industry through an extensive network of branches and distributors throughout South Africa, Botswana, Namibia and Swaziland. In 2003, ESP acquired AMT Services which is a company that specialises in the manufacture and supply of G.E.T. In addition, AMT is an authorised dealer of ITM undercarriage since 1978. In 2007, GB South Africa S.p.A, a subsidiary of GB Ricambi, acquired the majority shareholding of ESP Africa (Pty) Ltd which includes the trading divisions:
ESP and AMT Services based in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Pinetown.

The GB Group consists of seven companies: ESP, CGR Ghinassi, American Crane & Tractor, Cervetti, Bepco, TMS and GB Ricambi. These companies are all engaged in the world wide supply of new replacement parts for earthmoving and agricultural machines and equipment.

ESP has specifically formed strategic alliances within the GB Group with CGR Ghinassi (Ravenna, Italy) and American Crane & Tractor (Kansas City, USA).
